JIS F2014 Warping Roller is also known as the CB58-83 roller fairlead, which is a roll guide for guiding the direction of mooring. It is designed and manufactured according to Japan standard JIS F2014, made from cast steel or cast iron with additional durability. The warping roller diameter is from 100mm to 450mm, which is suitable for a rope diameter of 40mm to 80 mm. The surface is painted with a rust-proof shop primer for good corrosion resistance.
The warping roller is mounted on the deck and is equipped with a base for changing the direction of the mooring rope to smoothly pass the mooring machine. The roller on the socket can be equipped with a holder, and when the tension on the rope is relaxing, it can prevent the mooring rope from falling.
The warping roller has type A (1 roller), type B (2 rollers as a group), and type C-type (3 rollers as a group). It can also be customized according to DIN82607, ISO13755, NS2585 standards. And all the warping rollers can be provided BS, BV, GL, DNV, CCS certificates.
